This year marks 30 years of showcasing our craftsmanship in the Madison Area Parade of Homes, open daily June 19-28.

We hope you enjoy touring Premier Builders’ two 2026 Parade of Homes features in the Kilkenny Farms West neighborhood in our home community of Waunakee.
