Our Fall Parade feature is located in the Kilkenny Farms neighborhood in our home community of Waunakee.

There’s a certain peace you feel the moment you step through the double arch wood front door, the kind that hints at a home thoughtfully crafted for both large gatherings and quiet moments. Inside, the space unfolds with an easy rhythm, with wallpaper patterns and blue accents that reinforce the home’s European influence. From the screened porch, deck, and sunroom, expansive views of the Kilkenny Farms neighborhood stretch below, casting natural light across the vaulted dining room ceilings and rustic beams. The walk‑through pantry adds a touch of charm and functionality to meal prep.

Down the hall, the primary suite offers a secluded retreat. Soft gold finishes and a high ceiling create a calm atmosphere that encourages you to unwind the moment you enter.

The lower level introduces a different kind of comfort. With its walkout design, bar, and golf simulator that doubles as a theatre room, it’s a space designed for relaxed evenings and easy entertainment.
